The constant hum of cicadas in the trees means summer is well and truly here. Already temperatures are soaring and it looks like it will be a long hot summer. Everywhere there is the smell of BBQs and the sound of blissful moments in the pool!
In this Newsletter our articles include the new regional structure of France which will take effect from 1st January 2016 and with the merge of our area, Languedoc-Roussillon, with the Midi-Pyrénée there is the possibility of a new capital for our region. We also take a look at the recent law for restaurants to put a logo on their menus where dishes have been prepared on the premises using fresh ingredients.
For our non-French clients we have included a short article on driving in France. Most of it is common sense but there are some little quirks that are worth drawing to your attention.
We are also reviewing a wonderful restaurant called the Auberge des Gorges de Madale. Hidden away in a hamlet, it is not the easiest place to find but a real gem and very good value for money.
As ever, we have included a selection of featured properties and remind you not to hesitate to get in touch if you would like any further information on these or indeed any of our wide range of gorgeous properties on www.ab-real-estate.com.
